食財の宝庫、わが愛媛！山海の豊富な食財と、その食財が生み出す美味しい料理にあふれるふるさと愛媛。その魅力を後世に伝えるため、愛媛県民に呼びかけ、「えひめの食遺産・エヒメシ！」を選定したのが2014年。その「エヒメシ」を中心に愛媛の美味いモン・美味しい郷土料理を全国に、そして世界に広めるため、ブログをスタートさせました！
愛媛だけじゃなしに、四国の美味しい情報、ワシの大好きな讃岐のうどん、他県のおもっしょい情報もたまに載せますけん。
見て、読んで、腹の虫を鳴かして、よだれを垂らして、堪能したら、エヒメシ食遺産に会いに、食べに、楽しみに来てや～！待っちょるで～！
